Engagement Opportunities

EUS students take classes and other opportunities outside of the normal times and places. There are research opportunities and leadership workshops at Bard over the summer or over special weekends. Bard College also has an international network of affiliated colleges with courses in natural sciences, social sciences, arts, language, and literature. From Berlin, Germany to Bishkek, Kyrgztan, and Abu Dis in the West Bank to St. Petersberg, Russia, EUS students will find a plethora of options they can choose from.

  • The Bard CEP 3+2 offers qualified Bard undergraduates have the opportunity to combine their bachelor degree studies with the CEP graduate curriculum to earn both a BA and MS degree in five years—only one additional year of school. 
  • Bard Globalization and International Affairs Program in Manhattan provides a unique opportunity for college students and recent college graduates from around the world to take advanced courses in international affairs while working in carefully selected internships based on individual interests.
