EUS Focus Areas

EUS Focus Areas
By the time of moderation, an EUS major, in consultation with the advisor and moderation board, designs a plan of study with one focus area (either from one of the broadly-defined focus areas listed below, or from an individually-designed focus area). Each accommodates a wide variety of specializations.

The student should plan to take fourteen credits in their focus area, including an empirical analysis course (e.g. GIS, statistics, biostatistics, ethnography, research methods, etc.) and at least two courses at the 300-level.
